Ningbo Branch of China Academy of Ordnance Science

The company started technical cooperation with Ningbo Branch of China Academy of Ordnance Science in March 2024. The deep-hole internal cold alloy drill for high-strength steel and 5-diameter small helix angle tap for high-temperature alloy provided by the company have all been tested in the workshop. At present, more than 2300 high-strength steel parts and more than 1800 high-temperature alloy parts have been processed.
Among them, the D5 * 110L inner-cooled deep-hole alloy drill used for high-strength steel drilling has a wear resistance of about 12 times that of the original tool. The processed hole has good consistency and the size fully meets the requirements. The unique design of the drill point centering groove makes the drill more stable during deep hole processing, which avoids the problem of drilling position deviation. Under the comprehensive evaluation of the workshop, the company's drill bits can improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the scrap rate of workpieces compared to other brands of drill bits, and perform well in the field of high-strength steel.
Among them, the M6 small helix angle tap product used for high-temperature alloy processing has a service life of more than 5 times, and it can be used normally after two grinding and repeated coating. After processing, the thread accuracy is very good, and the thread surface quality is excellent. The unique small spiral angle groove design allows the tap to remove chips very smoothly during high-temperature alloy thread processing. In the comprehensive evaluation, the company's tap products compared to other domestic brands, can improve the efficiency of thread processing, improve the service life of the tool, reduce the scrap rate of the workpiece.
