In November 2023, the company started technical cooperation with the standard parts manufacturing plant under Shenfei Group. The company's high-strength steel special alloy drill bits, titanium alloy special powder high-speed steel drill bits, titanium alloy special small spiral powder taps and other products have been tested in the workshop. At present, more than 10000 high-strength steel parts and 20000 titanium alloy parts have been completed.
Among them, the D2.5 alloy drill bit used for high-strength steel drilling has a wear resistance of about 20 times that of the original tool. The processed hole has a good consistency and the size fully meets the requirements. Under the comprehensive evaluation of the workshop, the company's drill bits can improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the scrap rate of workpieces compared to other brands of drill bits, and perform well in the field of high-strength steel.
D1.2 powder high-speed steel drill bits used for drilling titanium alloys such as TC4 and TC16 have wear resistance 10 times that of the original cutting tools. The processed hole state is consistent and the drilling surface quality is excellent. The M4 powder small spiral tap used for machining titanium alloy threads such as TC4 and TC16 has a wear resistance 5 times that of the original tool. After machining, the thread precision is very good, and the thread surface quality is excellent. The unique small spiral angle groove design allows the tap to remove chips very smoothly during titanium alloy thread machining. In the comprehensive evaluation, the company's tap products compared to other domestic brands, can improve the efficiency of thread processing, improve the service life of the tool, reduce the scrap rate of the workpiece.
